Until recently I never heard of Kimpton Hotels. While looking for a hotel in Chicago Kimpton was highly recommended by a couple of people. Reviews on Trip Advisor were excellent so I decided to give the Hotel Monaco a shot, as it had the best location of the four Chicago Kimpton hotels.
I looked at the website and saw some pretty amazing freebies including daily wine tastings and free wifi. I was looking more forward to my stay as the trip approached.
When I arrived I found that the customer service was even better than I could have imagined...
